Do you provide pool or beach towels?

Yes, towels are provided to all guests, complementary from Reception.

Is the pool open all year?

Yes, being solar heated the pool is a constant 30 degrees and open all year round.

Do you provide airport transfers to the resort?

We are able to arrange for transfers by either local mini bus operators or hire car companies. Full details need to be supplied at the time of booking. Charges can be allocated to your Apartment Account.
Please note that Queensland Government Transport rules allow for children up to 12 months to be carried in the rear of the vehicle on an adult lap. All other children over this age must utilise seat belts provided in the rear of the vehicle and must be accompanied and supervised by an adult. The use of a "personally provided" car seats or restraints can be fitted to the hire vehicle at the personal decision of the vehicle operators.

do you provided or supply baby/infant cots?

We supply on request only the portable "Port-a-cot" version of baby/infant cots. High chairs can also be supplied, however both items are supplied on a "first-in - first-served" basis.
